2.4 Instant Opt-Out & Revocation of Consent (STOP Protocol)

- 100% Pure & Unadulterated: We certify zero added starch, zero chemical fillers, zero synthetic Sudan dyes, and zero lead chromate.
- Lab Batch Tested: Every commercial batch is tested for moisture, curcumin active principle (minimum 3.5% for turmeric), and microbial purity.
- Certifications: Processed in accordance with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines.
4. Wholesale Orders, Pricing & Dealership Terms
- Purchase Orders: Submission of an order cart or RFQ on our website constitutes a formal request for quotation and does not form a binding contract until confirmed by our commercial desk.
- Prices & Freight: Wholesale rates are quoted Ex-Factory (Orai-2) or Delivered, as mutually agreed upon in the proforma invoice.
- Sample Kits: Genuine retailers and prospective distributors can request a 100g trial sample kit subject to factory verification.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Samrat Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or third-party telecommunication delays.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or commercial transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jalaun / Orai, Uttar Pradesh.
